By combining an AR & AP function this means that you aren’t just recording sales, and expenses only based off of what appears on the bank statements.
Accounts Receivable
Simply send us your quotes that are ready to be invoiced, and we will do the processing. Depending on the frequency that your bank transactions are updated you will receive a Debtors Age Analysis with Customer Statements so that you know who owes you how much and for how long they have been owing you so that you can make contact and get paid.
If credit notes need to be processed, simply give us the details and consider it done.
Accounts Payable
Bills bills bills, do they ever stop? You don’t need to worry about manually keeping track of all your receipts and struggling to keep track of what you owe and when they need to be paid.
Simply send them our way for processing, weekly, or bi-weekly and we will make sure they are all accounted for and that you receive a Suppliers Age Analysis with a transaction ledger after your bank transactions have been updated so that you know who is due for payment.
