Because of the complexities of a migration we offer a one hour free consultation for the initial assessment to establish the time requirement that would be required.
Exporting of raw data
We will guide you through the data that is required for migration so that all available fields are transferred to ensure you get a carbon copy of your prior book.
There are a few ways to approach this task which we will cover in the consultation.
We offer migrations of either opening balances or the option that we specialize in the most, our favorite… the migration of historical data.
This is a beast we love to wrestle.
End result
Once your CoA, Customers, Suppliers, Items/Inventory have all been migrated, we then migrate all your transactions and balance back to your original TB, P&L and Balance Sheet by providing you the same reports from your new cloud based system.
We take the time and care to ensure that you are ready to start running parallel to your current system to do a systematic transition or to do a clean cut over while offering post migration support for any troubleshooting while you get to know the ins and outs of the cloud.
